Tony Moore
Managing Director
Tony Moore is the Owner & Managing Director of Level Steel Engineering and Construction and a long-standing contributor to Western Australia’s engineering, fabrication, and civil-construction industries. Born and raised in WA, Tony has developed a career built on practical experience, technical capability, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work across complex public infrastructure, transport, mining, and industrial projects.
With a background that spans structural steel, SMP construction, FRP systems, bridgeworks, tank fabrication, and multidisciplinary installation, Tony has led and supported major works across the state’s largest road, rail, and industrial developments. His experience includes roles in bridge construction, level-crossing removals, LNG plant upgrades, chemical and mineral processing facilities, dewatering systems, and large-scale pipeline fabrication.
Tony established Level Steel to create a business that pairs hands-on technical knowledge with certified quality systems, skilled trades, and a commitment to reliable project delivery. Under his leadership, Level Steel has contributed to high-profile transport and infrastructure upgrades, regional reconstruction efforts, and critical resource-sector projects.
