Together, our people bring deep experience across complex SMP, structural, and civil works, backed by a strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliable project delivery.

Our operations team delivers proven capability across fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, onsite construction, and commissioning. Every project is supported by ISO 9001-compliant systems, qualified personnel, and a culture focused on doing the job right — safely, efficiently, and to specification.

From engineering and design, through fabrication and assembly, to final installation and handover, our team works collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards across resources, mining, transport, civil, and public-infrastructure environments.

Tony Moore is the Owner & Managing Director of Level Steel Engineering and Construction and a long-standing contributor to Western Australia’s engineering, fabrication, and civil-construction industries. Born and raised in WA, Tony has developed a career built on practical experience, technical capability, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality work across complex public infrastructure, transport, mining, and industrial projects.

With a background that spans structural steel, SMP construction, FRP systems, bridgeworks, tank fabrication, and multidisciplinary installation, Tony has led and supported major works across the state’s largest road, rail, and industrial developments. His experience includes roles in bridge construction, level-crossing removals, LNG plant upgrades, chemical and mineral processing facilities, dewatering systems, and large-scale pipeline fabrication.
